วันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2560 นางสาวปารมี เอี่ยมเชย นายสัตวแพทย์ชำนาญการ ส่วนมาตรฐานการปศุสัตว์ สำนักปศุสัตว์เขต 6 พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วย hhu ตากฟ้า และนายภูดิตย์ คะเณย์ ปศุสัตว์อำเภอตาคลี ดำเนินการตรวจติดตาม และให้คำแนะนำในการปรับปรุงฟาร์มโคนมเพื่อขอรับรองการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีด้านปศุสัตว์สำหรับฟาร์มโคนม ในพื้นที่อำเภอตาคลี จังหวัดนครสวรรค์

นายจีระศักดิ์ พิพัฒนพงศ์โสภณ ปศุสัตว์เขต6 มอบหมายให้นางสาวปารมี เอี่ยมเชย นายสัตวแพทย์ชำนาญการ ส่วนมาตรฐานการปศุสัตว์ เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารกิจกรรม 5ส ครั้งที่ 1/2560 ในวันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2560 ณ ห้องประชุมถิรทินรัตน์ ชั้น5 ตึกวิจิตรพาหนการ โดยมีรองอธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์ นายวีรชาติ เขื่อนรัตน์เป็นประธาน ซึ่งกรมปศุสัตว์มีนโยบายและเป้าหมายการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานด้วยกิจกรรม 5ส เพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ช่วยสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีในการทำงาน เกิดบรรยกาศน่าทำงาน สำนักงานมีความสะอาดเรียบร้อย ถูกสุขลักษณะและตามมติที่ประชุม ได้กำหนดวันbig cleaning day  โดยทุกหน่วยงานต้องจัดงานวันเดียวกับส่วนกลางในวันจันทร์ที่ 4 ธ.ค.60

วันที่ 20-21 พฤศจิกายน 2560นายจีระศักดิ์ พิพัฒนพงศ์โสภณ ปศุสัตว์เขต 6 มอบหมายให้ นางอรไท สุรฤทธิพงศ์ นักวิชาการสัตวบาลชำนาญการ และนางสาวทิวาวรรณ ญาณตาล นักวิชาการสัตวบาลปฏิบัติการ ส่วนส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการปศุสัตว์  เข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ Smart Officer หลักสูตร "เทคนิคการเขียนรายงานวิจัยและบทความทางวิชาการ เพื่อพัฒนางานประจำสู่งานวิจัย" ณ โรงแรมเดอะพาร์ค จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมประกอบด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่กองส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการปศุสัตว์ นักวิชาการสัตวบาลด้านส่งเสริมฯ จากสำนักงานปศุสัตว์เขต สำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัด สำนักงานปศุสัตว์อำเภอ และนักวิชาการสัตวบาลจากศูนย์/สถานี สำนักพัฒนาพันธุ์สัตว์และสำนักพัฒนาอาหารสัตว์ ในพื้นที่เขต 3, 4, 5 และ 6 รวม 97 คน

นายจีระศักดิ์  พิพัฒนพงศ์โสภณ ปศุสัตว์เขต 6 มอบหมายให้ นายดำรงศักดิ์ ทาทอง นายสัตวแพทย์ชำนาญการ ส่วนสุขภาพสัตว์ ตรวจสอบภาวะโรคปากและเท้าเปื่อยและการดำเนินการตามมาตรการเฝ้าระวังป้องกันควบคุมโรคปากและเท้าเปื่อย โดยวันที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน  2560 ร่วมด้วยปศุสัตว์อำเภอเมืองเพชรบูรณ์ ปฏิบัติงานที่ฟาร์มโคนมของเกษตรกรที่หมู่ 9 ตำบลชอนไพร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2560 ร่วมด้วยหัวหน้ากลุ่มพัฒนาสุขภาพสัตว์ สำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และคณะ ที่ฟาร์มโคเนื้อ หมู่ 5 ตำบลวังดิน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และที่ฟาร์มกระบือ หมู่ 1 ตำบลนายาง อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์
